Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation You are free to cancel your Zidni Kids subscription at any time. You can do this directly through your account dashboard or by emailing salam@zidnikids.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to all paid content until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds Because Zidni Kids provides immediate access to high-value digital content (comics and artwork), we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has been processed.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable once the month has begun.
• Annual Subscriptions: Non-refundable after the first 48 hours of purchase.
• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our part, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution or a prorated credit.
